Large Double Room in Wandsworth

Hello! My flatmate is moving out from end of March so I'm looking for someone to take the large double room from 1st Apri in this quiet, bright, and well-located two bedroom flat. The landlord will be renewing the contract from this date so lease is for a year and a half with the option to extend thereafter.

I'm a teacher from Scotland and have been living in the flat for just under two years. I'd consider myself an easy going, clean and respectful flatmate and it would be great to share with someone who is also easy going and sociable.

The flat is right in between Earlsfield and Wandsworth Town (both under a 10 minute walk away). It's in a great location for getting to both Earlsfield station and Wandsworth Town station, with Southfields tube station also not too far away.

The room is unfurnished but comes with a wardrobe. It's on the top floor and very spacious. Although it's not an en suite, it is opposite the bathroom (a second toilet is downstairs). Bills come to approx. £100. Some of the pictured furniture may be moving out with my flatmate (namely the TV, table/chairs and the ridiculous stag picture...) so there is room for any household goods to come with you.
