We are delighted to advert a room in the lovely 3 bedrooms flat 5 minutes walk from Wordsworth Town Station.

The room comes fully furnished.

The communal area is clean and tidy which comprises with fridge and freezer, washing machine, microwave, and all kitchen appliances.

We do not charge any deposit, however, the below is required:

To secure the room a holding deposit of £250 is required (this amount will be deducted from the outstanding balance mentioned below)

After that payment is made, You need send your documents via email, then you will be required attend our office to pay the initial two weeks and last two weeks of the contract (notice period) and also a One off payment of £250, this will cover the bills (Utilities Bills only) for the initial 3 months of the contract, after the 3rd month if you decide to continue with the contract on a rolling basis, no further payment towards the bills will be required.

We offer maintenance service, cleaner and Wi-Fi as a courtesy, it is not included on the bills or rent. We don't charge for these services provided. It's just to keep our standard.

**All the flatmates are young professionals people, they are clean and respectful, so we are looking to keep it in the same standard.
