· Rent is £750 per month + £100 for bills (including shared household products).

Room:
· Small double with a large window (lots of natural sun light overlooking the gardens).
· Has limited storage, however, there is space under the bed with compartments and a clothing rail.

Flat:
· a furnished 2-bed flat (Victorian conversion) with a large living room, a well equip kitchen and a modern bathroom, with bath.

Location & connections:
· East Putney Station - 15 min walk (District line – Wimbledon branch)
· Walking distance to both Putney High Street and Wandsworth Southside.
· Clapham Junction Station - 20 min bus
· Lidl, Co-op, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Waitrose – 10-15 mins walk
· Close to River Thames and parks (Richmond, Wimbledon common, Putney Heath)

I'm Jade, 32, British, love learning new things and I enjoy cooking.
Adeline, 32, French, loves the outdoors and arts & culture.

I’m a healthcare scientist working for a Charity and WFH 2 days/ week. My partner works 3 days/ week as a nanny and studies Psychology remotely from home.

· We like to live in a peaceful, clean and tidy environment and are looking for someone who is friendly and considerate.

· We eat mostly vegetarian/ pesc at home so would appreciate someone who also cooked less meat at home.

· Non-smoker
