Hi everyone,
I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely house in Wandsworth. It's a 10-minute walk to Wandsworth Town station and 20 minutes to Clapham Junction—perfect for commuters!
The house, and flatmates are great but it's time for me to move in with my other half.
The room would be a sublet and no contract needed!
🏡 About the House:
• Room: Spacious double bedroom with tall ceilings, ample storage, and a large window that lets in plenty of sun. Plus, it has its own private bathroom with bath! The room is unfurnished but we can definitely talk about keeping some bits!
• Shared Spaces: A huge kitchen with a big dining table, a separate pantry with a second fridge, dish washer and washing machine, a generous lounge with a large sofa and TV, and a sizable garden that gets lots of sun—great for summer barbecues!
👫 About the Housemates:
You'll be living with two Aussies and two Irish housemates. They're all friendly, fun, and enjoy a relaxed evening watching films or heading out to the Alma for a few.
💰 Rent & Bills:
• Rent: £900/month
• Bills: Approximately £50/month
• Availability: From 31st May, but we can be flexible with the move-in date for the right person.
