Room available in Wandsworth- move in date will be 11th June.

The flat:
- 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom
- 10 min walk from Wandsworth town station
- 12 mins from East Putney
- Close to Wandsworth high street which has loads of good restaurants/pubs/coffee
- Really close to a big Sainsbury’s and southside shopping centre
- Comes with a parking space in a secure gated car park ( no extra cost)
- Living room is spacious and kitchen is separate
- Really close to Wandsworth park and only about a 5 min walk down to the river - it’s a really great location!

The room:
- Rent : £960 per month
- Bills: £100ish per month but every thing has gone up recently so might be slightly more now. Wandsworth is cheap council tax however!
- Comes furnished with double bed, wardbrobe and there’s also built in wardrobes in the room
- Easily enough space for a desk
- It’s a nice bright room that’s quiet!

About me: I have been here two years and really loved it. I work in law and work from home once or twice a week. I enjoy all the usual London stuff- always down for a big walk( or run), coffee, the pub, good food, occasional boogie or just a chill evening gossiping/ binge watching a series.

This has been a chilled and calm flat so wanting to keep it that way!

About you:
Looking for a friend and a housemate and someone who is clean, tidy and considerate and will help make the flat feel like a home. Generally just good vibes and sociable but also has their own stuff going on and can respect downtime/own space when needed.
Ideally not working from home full time, a mix is fine but nice to have a bit of balance in the flat.
