Gorgeous double bedroom in Wandsworth/Earlsfield

Hi! It’s with a heavy heart I’m moving out of this GORGEOUS house and leaving my amazing housemates!!

We’re looking for someone who wants to put their roots in Wandsworth for at least a year or so, someone who’s social - with nights out and TV nights in - and just as importantly, someone who’s really clean!

We’re really a little family here, so we’re looking for someone who matches that vibe and enjoys debriefing their day while cooking dinner, or catching up over whatever reality tv is in season

We’re all really laid back but super house proud - everyone chipping in to share cleaning of communal spaces is really important to us

PLEASE NOTE!!!!!! The room is currently £505, however the landlord has been floored by a recent evaluation and is planning to raise the rent in September 😢 We’re unclear as to how much yet. We can discuss further with any potential new housemates, but the landlord is keen to raise it by an amount that covers his increased mortgage cost, while trying to keep it at a level that doesn’t price us all out (he likes that we take good care of the place and is keen to keep us). Any potential housemate needs to be prepared for an increase closer to market rate post September (provided it’s not extortionate!). The deposit is also £635. Bills are on average £70 a month

I’ve stated that the rooms available on June 7th but I can be flexible to dates after that (no earlier though)
