Room to rent in SW18 2 bedroom Apartment

Hi There,

I'm a friendly 29 year old South African guy looking for a new flatmate to join me in my two bed southfields/wandsworth apartment.

I have lived in this apartment for the last 3 years and I'm really looking for someone who is interested in making it a home and not just another place to sleep.

The apartment sits on two floors with an incredibly big terrace/balcony that sits off the Kitchen/living area making it such a great space to entertain. Your room would be on the first floor. The pictures don't really do it justice and the room is incredibly spacious.

The new lease starts at the end of July but if you need to move in earlier this can be arranged as my current flatmate is able to move out as soon as I find someone.
