Looking for Flatmate for New Acres Flat

Hi,

I’m looking to move out of my current flat in August 2025, and am really interested in the flats in the New Acres development in Wandsworth - I can’t post the link but if you google New Acres, you should be able to see more details. I don’t currently have an apartment but have gone for initial viewings - would be looking to attend more with a flatmate!

They do a range of two bed properties (starting at £2600/700 - including WiFi, gym and pool) of different layouts, with exact options for rent coming up two months before (early June). I’m looking for a flatmate to move into one of these with me so please drop me a message if interested!

I’ve lived in London for 3.5 years and work in Consulting, working from home around 3 days a week and 2 in the office. I love socialising with friends (be it at the pub, weekend trips or picnics in the common) and have a great group of friends in London currently - but always looking to grow! I met my previous flatmate on spare room three years ago (who’s now moving in with her partner), and we’re now really good pals, so looking to have a similar friendship from this move ☺️

I love the flat being clean and tidy, and my hobbies include anything active (hiking, gym etc.), music and good food / drink.
