En suite double room

Room available from December to take over my tenancy which ends in September 2026. Flexible with move in dates. I have decided to buy a property, hence the move.

Bills usually equate to just over £100pp so looking at a total of £1050ish per month.

It’s a double room in a three bed flat and you’ll be staying with my 2 delightful female flatmates. The room has an en suite, however the shower is currently cold only, so you’d need to shower in the main bathroom.

Some of the bills are covered. I can provide more details.

Both girls are professionals who enjoy a clean and relaxing space. We all love relaxing and exercising, especially Pilates and running!

Due to schedules, we are also looking for someone who ideally does NOT work from home, but could potentially set a desk up in the bedroom as there’s lots of space. The flat is spotless and quiet, and we are looking for someone who fits into this well!

It’s a very quiet building, yet located in the heart of Wandsworth and Clapham Junction (just a stone’s throw from The Ship!). Right next to the river, so excellent for running along and around Battersea Park!

The space has a lovely and modern communal kitchen and living area with a little balcony area. It is a very light and open apartment. The en suite is spacious and the room has lots of storage space.

Wandsworth station is under 5 minutes walk away and Clapham junction is around 10 minutes by foot.
