The room available for rent comes with a double bed with additional storage underneath, a built in wardrobe, and chest of drawers. The bathroom is newly fitted and comes with bath/shower, and you will share this with one other person, while the kitchen is shared between all of us.
There is a small outdoor area at the back of the property, and parking is available at the front but application will need to be made to the council in order to obtain a permit.
All bills are included.

I live at the property with my boyfriend who works in the city. I am a nurse and will be out of the house 3 / 4 days a week. We have a little toy poodle called Cora. We love going to the many pubs around Wandsworth and Earlsfield, and playing sport.
