I’m moving out of our lovely three‑bedroom flat in Wandsworth and I’m looking for someone to take over a double furnished room from the 9th October.
The house is super cosy and feels like a real home, it has:

✨ Free street parking!!
You will be living with Hannah (27) and Tom (29) who are both working professionals and work a few days in the office and a couple from home.
They're both friendly, sociable and love a good post-work catch-up in the kitchen, but we keep things pretty chilled during the work week. We’re always up for the occasional wine/pub night, or a movie in the living room.
We’re looking for a likeminded person in their mid to late twenties or early thirties who want to join in and treat this place as a home.
Earlsfield station and Wandsworth sations are about a 15min walk away and you can get to Tooting Bec tube in 10mins on the bus.
Rent: £836pcm
Bills: £80pcm (approx.)
