Spacious double room in Clapham/Earlsfield

The flat is in Earlsfield, a 7-10 minute bus from Clapham Junction from just outside the flat, and 10 minute walk to Earlsfield Station so it very well connected!

The room in question is a spacious double room furnished with bed, several chest of drawers and a bookshelf with space for a desk and other furniture as well. The rest of the house has a shared living room/kitchen, two toilets, one with a shower/bath, and a back garden as well.

The price for the room with four people in the house would be £856 not including bills which come to about £120 per person per month (again with 4 people splitting). This is the price I’ve listed for the room, as it’s the top end of what you’d be looking at.

Me: I’m 25 and work in museums/heritage management, originally from the US. My main hobbies are video games and camping!
Ellie: 20, student starting in September studying Montessori education, enjoys crochet, baking, and plants.
Kim: 20, graphic designer, enjoys reading and drawing.

All clean and tidy flatmates, wanting to keep shared areas clean and such. We’re looking to make a relaxed and social atmosphere, would be up for game/film nights, happy to have a chat in the shared kitchen, but also value our own space as well!
