Lovely double room in a large house with garden

I am sadly moving out of our fabulous house (cue the tears 😩) to move to Oz.

The house is between Wandsworth and Putney!

Currently we are four girls living in this beautiful home on a quiet residential road, a 10 minute walk from East Putney and Wandsworth town station. The house is located a short walk from Wandsworth Park, Southside shopping centre and Putney high street. There are also great bus links, just 10-15 minutes to Clapham Junction.

The available room is a lovely double room on the first floor of the house. It has big built in wardrobes (with additional overflow storage cupboards on the landing if needed) and a fold away desk.

Downstairs we have a large living area, a spacious kitchen, a downstairs toilet/shower room, a room which we use as an office space to work from home, and a lovely, large garden.

We currently rent directly through our landlord, who is fantastic and super responsive! 🙂

It’s a fab house, perfect for a female that’s friendly, sociable, respectful (and someone who loves a little glass of wine in the garden from time to time, or a drink down one of the local pubs).

Rent is £835 per month excluding bills - bills come to around £100 each.

We are looking to hold viewings early next week on the 9th of September.
