We have a bright and spacious en suite double room available in our friendly and professional house share. The room is located on the second floor of a modern three-storey, four-bedroom house and offers both comfort and privacy.

The room is well laid out, with excellent storage, and makes an ideal peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

The House
Our home is modern, clean, and well cared for. Key features include:
Large, fully equipped kitchen with island and dining space
Tidy back yard – perfect for fresh air or relaxing outdoors
Driveway (shared, mostly used for guest parking)
Cleaner visits every two weeks for both communal areas and bedrooms
Contemporary décor throughout, creating a calm and comfortable environment

The Housemates:
You’ll be sharing with three professional females in our mid-30s. We take pride in keeping the house tidy and treat it as a peaceful sanctuary to relax in after work. We’re looking for someone who values the same — a professional in their 30s, who is clean, tidy, considerate, and enjoys a quiet and respectful living environment.

No pets, no smokers.

Tenancy Details
Initial 6-month contract, then rolling monthly thereafter
Council tax is paid by the landlord
Other bills approx. £70 per month
