Room in top floor flat

Hello! One of our housemates is moving out at the end of the tenancy, on the 24th of October, so we are looking for a new housemate.

Myself and Colum are both staying in the flat for another year. We enjoy sports including cycling, running, surfing, skiing and just generally things outdoors. We are outgoing and enjoy going to the pub every now and then, and going to gigs. We both work in the city centre and usually go into the office about 3 days a week and wfh 2.

The flat has 3 bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen and a bathroom with a separate toilet room next to it. The bedroom being advertised are shown in the pictures. It is located about 5 minutes walk from Wandsworth town station and 20 minutes walk to Clapham Junction or 10 minutes on the bus (which come very regularly from just outside the flat).
