The house is half a mile from Wandsworth Town station, and one mile from Clapham Junction station, with excellent transport links into Central London via both train and bus (including Night Bus)

i) shower room with toilet, on the top floor;
ii) a bathroom with toilet on a mezzanine floor;
iii) a toilet on the raised ground floor.

The house also has a kitchen and lounge which are also very generous, with the former coming equipped with: i) a gas cooker;
ii) a good-sized fridge/freezer;

Located right in the middle of Putney, Wimbledon, Tooting, Clapham and Battersea with loads of parks and green spaces all around. Delightfully, the river is just a short walk away.

We currently have 2 guys and 1 girl and looking for a nice, respectful and considerate housemates.

The house is a little worn, but is kept tidy and the landlord is on top of any issues (i. e. gas and water)
