About the Room & Location:

Spacious double room available from end of January 2026 (flexible with term length but ideally 3-6 months).

Flat is 2 bedroom (would only be sharing with myself and my 2 well-behaved dogs). There are 2 bathrooms, spacious living room, big kitchen and utility room.

Just a 1-minute walk from the gym where I work – you’d get a highly discounted membership if you’d like!

Great location with easy access to shops, parks, transport, and riverside walks.

About Me:
I’m a personal trainer who works full-time, sometimes from home doing client check-ins and programmes. I’m sociable and enjoy cooking, fitness, and the odd trip to the pub, but I’m also quiet, tidy, and usually in bed by 9/10pm. Most evenings you’ll find me cooking, chilling with Netflix, or spending time with my two dogs.

Household Vibes:

Two very friendly, well-behaved dogs (Deacon & Warden) – they’re chilled, love cuddles, and might ask you to throw a ball occasionally.

Clean, tidy, and respectful living space.

A mix of sociable and independent – I’d love a flatmate who enjoys chatting, maybe joining me for a meal or a dog walk, but also values quiet downtime.

Looking For:
Someone tidy, considerate, and easy-going who’ll fit into a relaxed, friendly, and dog-loving home. Bonus if you’re into fitness, food, or just enjoy good company.

📅 Available from Jan – flexible with length of stay but up to 6 months ideally. Deposit - £200 + 1 month's rent in advance.
