I’m moving out after 3.5 years of living here, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room in this well-located flat on East Hill, Wandsworth.

The flat is just a 10-minute walk from Clapham Junction station, with excellent transport links and there’s also a bus stop directly outside with routes across South London and a direct service to Aldwych (handy for Central London).

The Room
A bright and spacious double room with two large windows, plenty of natural light, and a pleasant view. It comes furnished with a double bed, desk, bedside drawers, two large shelves, and a generous double sliding wardrobe.
Rent is £900 per month, including all bills, council tax, and fast Wi-Fi. The room is available from 1st November.

The Flat
Split-level property with one shared bathroom and a separate downstairs toilet. There’s also a large kitchen and living area with a comfortable sofa and TV which provides a good space for cooking or relaxing.

The Housemates
You’ll be sharing with three others: Valentino who is a hairdresser and from Croatia, Krasimir who is a flight attendant and from Bulgaria, and Sam who is a driver/chef and is from China. Valentino and Krasimir are in their 30s, and Sam, who is older and a relative of the landlady, spends part of the year abroad. The housemates are respectful and considerate, and the flat stays quiet in the evenings.
