Large room in Wandsworth

Our flatmate is sadly moving out so we’re looking for another girl to join us in our 3 bed flat in Wandsworth!

The room is a large double, located on the top floor of the flat. Included in the room is a superking bed, 2 x chest of drawers, bedside table, a full length mirror and a large wardrobe (basically the white furniture in the pics aren’t included). There’s a decent sized bathroom which we all share. The kitchen has everything you need and comes well equipped. The lounge is nice and homely with a big sofa and then 2 armchairs. We also have a small terrace which is a sun trap in the summer!

Flatmates:
You’ll be living with 2 girls - myself and Jess (both 29) We’re good friends and have lived in the flat for over a year. We love a Netflix series or occasional wine and yap at home but very much have our own lives too!

We’re looking for another girl (27-32) with similar work patterns to us (I. e 9-5ish). I work in central a couple of days a week and Jess mostly works from home but does travel for work too so isn’t always in.

If you’re interested please message me with a little bit of info about yourself too. We’re hoping to set up some viewings next Tuesday 28th or Wednesday 29th evenings but can potentially do a FaceTime too.

Local area:
It’s a really lovely place to live. The trains are super fast into Vauxhall/Waterloo. We’re right in between Earlsfield and Southside shopping centre and you can walk to the river in no time or Clapham/Wandsworth commons in about half an hour.

Transport:
🚂 10 mins walk from Earlsfield station.
🚂 15 mins walk from Wandsworth Town.
🚌 Really frequent buses to Tooting (Northern line), Clapham and Victoria.

Deposit: £980
Bills: Come to about £100 ish a month.
References: you’ll need to go through referencing with our letting agents and be earning at least 30x the rent

Available from 7th December (Can be potentially be a couple of days earlier but that’s when the rent is due). You’ll be signing onto a new 2 year tenancy agreement with us (1 year break clause next Dec).
