Hi everyone, I’m sadly leaving London and looking for someone to replace me from 8 December. This is for a 1 month sublet, but with the option to extend onto the tenancy until April 4th. It’s a double room in a 3 bedroom flat in a quiet and safe area, It has a lovely suburban feel with lots of great cafes, lovely pubs, restaurants and parks nearby. Gyms are also plenty and easily accessible.
Everything in walking distance with Southside Mall (with everything that you need) and Wandsworth Town Station both just 5 minutes away, and Clapham Junction only a 10 minute bus ride.
The room comes furnished with ample storage, a bed, and desk. The bathroom is shared with two others. The current flatmates include:
• British male, doctor (26)
• Irish female, HR (30)
Both are very friendly and social who enjoy catching up over a glass of wine, watching TV and travelling in the weekend. They are looking for someone who is tidy, considerate and treats the place like their home.
