We’re looking for someone to take over our beautiful, bright, and spacious double room in a friendly flatshare near Wandsworth Common. The tenancy runs until 28 November 2026 (6-month break clause) and move-in is 29 November 2025.

You’ll be sharing with Joe, our lovely flatmate from Scotland, he’s super friendly and easy-going.

Your share: £1,350/month for the room (or £675 per person if sharing as a couple)
Bills: Around between £120-£175/month depending if it is a single or a couple moving in, handled by flatmate Joe (WIFI, gas/electiricy, council tax)

This will be a tenancy swap, so you’ll need to complete referencing through Chestertons before 29 November to have your names added to the contract. We need to put your names forward by 18 November.
