Bright Double Room Available in Flat Share

We’re looking for someone to take over our beautiful, bright, and spacious double room in a friendly flatshare near Wandsworth Common. The tenancy runs until 28 August 2026, and move-in is 29 November 2025 (no flexibility on the date).

You’ll be sharing with Joe, our lovely flatmate from Scotland, he’s super friendly and easy-going.

💸 Rent & Bills
Total flat rent: £2,524 per month
Your share: £1,450/month for the room (or £725 per person if sharing as a couple)
Bills: Around £130/month per person if three people live in the flat, handled by flatmate Joe (WIFI, gas/electiricy, council tax)
We’re ideally looking for a couple, to keep the rent split fair and affordable.

🗓️ Tenancy Details
This will be a tenancy swap, so you’ll need to complete referencing through Chestertons before 29 November to have your names added to the contract. Ideally, we’d like to put your names forward by 9 November.
