My name is George and I am meant to be moving into a spacious 2 bedroom flat in Wandsworth with my cousin Olivia (28) this month. Sadly, I am having sublet my room already due to personal issues and move back to my parents.
The flat has 2 bedrooms, a living dining room space, bathroom (with bath), and a fully kitted out kitchen (with washing machine) as well as a small balcony. The flat will be fully furnished by myself and Olivia, as I will be leaving my stuff in the flat (large double ottoman bed and dresser in my room).
The flat is in The Limes in Wandsworth, which is a very quiet and peaceful area. We did a zero deposit scheme so there is no deposit needed and rent is £1150 pound a month (excluding bills). I have already paid for this month, so we will be kindly asking for pro rata payment for the weeks you move in :) did I mention you’d be getting the highly sought after Wandsworth council tax?
Olivia is a 28 year old female working in tech sales. Born in London and move to Canada when she was young, you will be living with a very friendly Canadian girl. She is a big runner and loves a good craft beer or glass of chicken wine to relax in the evening!
