Hi there! I'm George, and I was meant to be moving into a great two-bedroom flat in Wandsworth this month with my cousin, Olivia (28). Unfortunately, personal circumstances mean I've had to move back to my parents' place, so I need someone lovely to take over my tenancy right away.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a brilliant flat without the usual hassle!

The Flat & Your Room

The property is a spacious two-bed apartment in The Limes, Wandsworth—a really quiet and peaceful spot.

Your Room: Comes fully furnished with my gear, including a large double ottoman bed (great for storage!) and a dresser.

The Rest: You'll have a decent living/dining room, a bathroom with a proper bath, a fully equipped kitchen (yes, it has a washing machine!), and a little balcony.

A huge bonus: You'll benefit from the highly sought-after Wandsworth Council Tax rates!

Rent & Move In

Rent: £1150 a month (excluding bills).

No Deposit Needed: We used a zero deposit scheme, so you won't have to stump up a security deposit.

Immediate Start: I’ve already paid for this month. We’ll just need a pro-rata payment for the weeks you move in—easy as that!

Meet Your Future Flatmate: Olivia

You’ll be living with Olivia, a 28-year-old working in tech sales. She was born in London but grew up in Canada, so you’re getting a friendly, laid-back Canadian flatmate!

Olivia is a big runner and enjoys relaxing in the evening with a craft beer or a nice glass of chicken wine. She’s looking for someone tidy, respectful, and up for making this flat a proper home.
