Stunning double room with a perfect view of London

Sadly my lovely house mate Amie is moving on from our two bed flat to work in the Middle East and therefore her double room is available from the start of December.

Amie and I love this flat as it has an amazing view of the city from the 12th floor windows and balcony and a light and airy feel across the place. The room itself has a bathroom in the hallway with a large bath, mirror, WC and Sink that would be yours completely. Myself, I have an en suite in the double room further down the corridor. So there’s a double bedroom and a bathroom each. This room also has a large walk in style wardrobe area.

The kitchen is open via a squared open wall into the lounge, with access to the balcony from the living area.

There is a concierge 5 days of the week 09:00-17:30 and deliveries are often signed for there even if you’re out, Simone can sometimes even drop them up to you.

There is a post box per flat too in the lobby area.

The flat has direct access to Southside shopping centre, you just head down to floor 2 in the lift and can access at the Cinema level without going outside! Cineworld, Nando’s, Five Guys, Waitrose, Lidl, Uniqlo, Greggs, Black sheep coffee, Boots, Decathlon. JD, H&M all on your doorstep. It’s like an en suite shopping centre essentially.

Parking can be organised with Southside shopping centre for a fee per month (think it’s about £100-120 per month) or you can find transport on the nearby bus stops towards Earlsfield / tooting or the other way to Clapham junction within 10 minutes. East Putney station is around 15 minutes walk also on the district line.

Bills:

Council tax, WiFi & EDF energy average around £120 a month usually (each, all inclusive) but subject to change as always, thought it really has never been more than that.

About Me: I am a 30 year old professional who works an intense job (usually busier in the summer time), I work at the office often 3 days per week, with 2 mid week days from home where I have a desk within my room. I don’t work weekends but am often out either watching Fulham play at home or away on the Saturday and playing football myself on the weekend Sunday mornings.

I go to the gym frequently, Nuffield is also within the shopping centre! I am very social, friendly and enjoy a catch up or debrief but also can respect personal space and sometimes also myself don’t mind cooking then crashing out if exhausted from the day.

Being a two bed flat the kitchen is smaller so sometimes need to rotate in and out a bit to make things work, if you prefer long prep cooking and hours in the kitchen it may not be ideal! (However, a lot is possible with open communication!)
