Hello guys,

I’m looking for someone to replace me in this beautiful two bed flat directly opposite Wandsworth Park in between Putney and Wandsworth Town. I’ve lived in this flat with John for the past two years, but due to a change in personal circumstances I’m looking for someone to sign a new lease with John from 1 December.

John is a 32 year old, Civil Servant who works in the office 5 days a week. He enjoys CrossFit (goes to Shapesmiths in Clapham Junction), running, spending weekends and evenings out and about with friends. This flat is more than just a place to sleep, it’s been made into a home and we are looking for someone who wants a calm place to come home to too and wants to make it their home.

You will be someone who ideally works hybrid, is clean tidy and respectful. But also very much up for making a new friend. John is great to live with and I’m very sad to be leaving. If you are up for a clean, tidy place to live and enjoy an evening on the sofa chatting about the latest drama then this is for you!

The flat - a modern two bed flat opposite Wandsworth Park. The room advertised is huge with an en-suite shower room. The flat also has a rear patio area which is secure, perfect for keeping a bike. The flat is fully furnished.

Rent & Bills - Rent for the flat as a whole is £2140. For the bigger room it’s £1140 + bills which come to roughly £140 a month each, but these can obviously fluctuate.

Transport - 8 minutes walk to East Putney Tube, 10 Minutes to Wandsworth Town station. Buses to Clapham Junction, and Hammersmith, nearby.

The landlord is by far the best I have had in London. He’s responsive, kind and really looks after us.
