Cosy Double in Clapham Junction

I am moving from our lovely cosy house located between Clapham Junction & Wandsworth Town (St Johns Hill) just before Christmas and I am looking to find someone to move into my room either at the very end of December or at the very start of January.

The room is a lovely small double at £710 per month. It is small but has lots of shelves and a big built in cupboard that can store so much!

Our house is a 3-bedroom flat with a large shared living space and large kitchen, a shared bathroom and a downstairs toilet, and the three bedrooms upstairs.

It's a 10-minute walk to Clapham Junction station and super accessible to everywhere from Victoria to Stratford to Crystal Palace and Gatwick Airport.
It's a 10-minute walk to Wandsworth Town where there are plenty of bars, shops and restaurants to peruse.
It's also very close to the river which is great for walks/runs/cycles...

Council Tax for the area is the cheapest in London - and bills come to £97 per month, not including gas which is charged separately every quarter and obviously becomes lower as summer draws in (the most we've ever paid is £50 each for 3 months). The bills include a cleaner that comes every second week, too.

The housemates are Tessa and Charley, both super friendly, laidback and kind.
Charley is also a great baker and her cookies are to die for!

I am sad to leave and I'm only doing so because I'm moving back to France where I'm from.

Note - we are currently on a rolling contract because our landlord is in the process of selling the flat to a new couple who are planning on keeping the tenants and renewing the contract once the sale has been finalised.
