Hi! We have a spacious room available in our four bedroom Wandsworth home, as our housemate is moving in with her boyfriend. We're three women in our early 30s who get on really well and keep the house relaxed, friendly, and tidy. We enjoy catching up in the kitchen or living room but also respect each other’s space and routines. We do ask that you’re dog friendly, as one of our housemates’ family cockapoo comes to stay on holiday throughout the year.
The house itself is a great find — there’s a comfortable living room, a huge modern kitchen, a sunny back garden, two bathrooms plus an additional loo, and an impressive amount of storage including a basement and a spare room on the ground floor.
Wandsworth is a brilliant area with everything close by. We’re less than a ten-minute walk from Wandsworth Town station, and Clapham Junction is around a 15-minute walk. There’s a huge Sainsbury’s, Southside Shopping Centre, restaurants, cafés, gyms and a cinema all just a short walk from the house. The street is a quiet cul-de-sac with lovely neighbours and very little noise. There are parking permits available if needed (for an extra fee!).
The room is available from 19th December. Rent is £877.50 per month with a £720 deposit, and bills—including shared household supplies—come to around £100 per month.
