Sadly, I’m moving out of my lovely flat in Wandsworth — but that means a fantastic room is becoming available! The rent is £850/month including bills (council tax excluded) and the room comes with its own private en-suite!

Move-in date: 16 December (can be flexible)

📍Location:
The area is amazing — plenty of cafés nearby, a small Tesco just down the street, and a huge shopping centre close by with a Big Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Boots and Lidl. There’s also a bus stop at the end of the street and the train stations are an easy walk away.

🛏️The Room:
- Fully furnished
-Under-bed storage, double sliding-door wardrobe, and a desk
-Private en-suite bathroom

🏡The Flat:
-Shared kitchen and living room
-Lovely outdoor area that’s perfect in summer
-Deposit: £1,523.07 held in a tenancy deposit scheme (this is a 1/4 share of the total flat rent for 5 weeks)

😁Who You’ll Be Living With:
It’s a 4 bedroom flat, with 2 couples, so a total of 6 living in the home including yourself. You’ll be joining a friendly mix of Aussie and Kiwi’s! During the week we are all working professional and we enjoy a relaxed vibe, chatting over cooking dinner. We like watching live sports and heading out for a pint together. They’re hoping to find someone tidy and easy-going.
