Cozy bright bedroom

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in this lovely flat, as I’ll be moving out now that I’ve finished school. This place has truly been my home away from home, and I’m hoping to find someone who’ll enjoy it as much as I did.

The location is incredibly convenient , there’s a bus stop right outside the building, and Wandsworth Southside Shopping Centre is just a short walk away. You’ll have access to Lidl, Waitrose, Cineworld, and lots of other shops and amenities. It’s a 15 minute walk from East Putney station and a 6 minute walk from Wandsworth town station.

You’ll be sharing the flat with two wonderful female housemates. They’re both friendly working professionals and lovely to live with. The flat has a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom and is located on the 1st floor.

Rent does not include bills. Bills come to about £110.50 per month, and you’ll need to pass a reference check before signing the lease.
