Our current housemate is moving out so we are looking for someone to fill her room. We have lived together for 3 years and have signed on for another year from February!
LOCATION: 10 minute walk from Clapham Junction station and 7 minute walk from Wandsworth Town Station
RENT: £925 a month
BILLS: £125 a month but this has recently gone up so hoping to go back down in spring/summer
DEPOSIT: £1152
AVAILABLE: 1st February but can be flexible for an earlier move
You’ll be living with two other girls who’ve lived together for three years - one works from home full time as a statistician and the other works in the Met Police. Household is also LGBTQ+ friendly so this is a must!
Looking for someone who wants to keep the house homely and chill. We enjoy watching reality tv and getting the odd takeaway but have our own social lives too.
