Sadly I am moving out from this lovely Wandsworth SW18 flat and great bunch of flatmates. Hopefully the description/photos below speak for themselves about what this flat provides..

The Flat/Room:

The flat is a three-bed, one-bath setup with a large, well-equipped kitchen, spacious hallway and large living room area. There is a good-sized storage area next to the stairway as you enter the flat.

Top-floor double bedroom gets lots of natural light, has wooden flooring and is very spacious. The large built-in wardrobe with shelves is great, and there is an extra clothes rail for coats. I particularly like the big wooden desk and body-length mirror. Furnished with a queen-size bed.

The flatmates:

Living with 2 other flatmates (an Australian and an Englishman!) in their mid-20s who are lovely and great people to live with. Everyone has busy, active lives, so it’s rare that all housemates are home at the same time, but it’s always nice to chill and hang out together when we are.

We have a private, live-out landlord who’s brilliant; really responsive and easy to deal with.

Location:

The flat is just a few minutes walk down Garratt Lane from the big Sainsbury's and the Southside Shopping Centre, which has everything you could need. Plenty of pubs and local restaurants nearby, too. Bus 44 just outside will take you direct to Victoria. 10min walk to Wandsworth Town station for trains to Waterloo.

Deposit: £1000
Bills: £90/month avg for council tax (band D), gas/electricity, water, internet

Move in date: 1st January 2026 as the contract renews then. But please don’t let this throw you off as more than happy to have you move-in (or just your stuff) much earlier, from Dec 20.
