Room available in spacious Wandsworth flat

I'm looking for a new flatmate to take my friend's room when he moves out mid-January to February.

The flat is a good size, with a cosy living room and kitchen with plenty of storage. We also have a balcony which is especially nice for getting some evening sun in the summer. And there's a separate shower/bathroom and loo.

We've been living in the flat for two years and have had no trouble with the property agents or landlord, and only needed a few repairs over that time.

The available bedroom is quite large, about 9x11 feet, plenty of space for a work from home office if needed.

I'm seeking a flatmate who is friendly, relaxed and tidy. Though I'm not incredibly strict, I like to keep the place relatively clean. Please note: As someone with a diverse friend group, I have no interest in living with a person who has transphobic, xenophobic or otherwise prejudiced leanings.

I work as a designer, I'm in office 3 days a week and then wfh the other two. In the evenings I spend a lot of time gaming in the living room, listening to music and working on art in my room.
