I’m subletting my double bedroom in Ram Quarter, Wandsworth. It will be available from the 1st of January 2026.

Looking for an easy-going, down-to-earth professional to join two good friends from South Africa (mid 30s). Both are full-time professionals in London, working from home at least twice a week. They love exploring the outdoors, watching sport and films. Both enjoy their social life but also relish down time and their solitude from time to time. They’re very clean and tidy - having always maintained proper living etiquette .

The apartment is beautiful! It’s quite large, with an open planned kitchen/living room. South-West facing balcony with views overlooking Wandsworth River (that can produce some epic sunsets!) It’s situated in Ram Quarter - a vibrant residential block in the heart of Wandsworth. There’re loads of amenities, restaurants and pubs at your doorstep - some of which provide discounts to Ram Quarter residents! There’s a 24 hour concierge and surveillance in Ram Quarter, a secure bike room and parking lot (to assist with moving), as well as lift access and communal gardens.
