Sadly, I’m moving out of my lovely flat due to work, so I’m looking for a great gal to take over my room in a warm and friendly flat share in Wandsworth.
You’ll be living with three wonderful housemates — Grace, Hannah and Eleanor — who are keen to keep the house feeling happy, relaxed and social.

We’re looking for someone who is:
🌺 Female, aged 25–30
🚭 Non-smoker
😊 Social and friendly
💼 Mainly office-based (room isn’t suitable for full-time WFH)
🧹 Tidy and respectful
🌏 Environmentally conscious with good vibes
Storage:
Loads of space! There’s under-bed storage, a wardrobe, an additional wardrobe in the corridor (see video), plus a secure, locked outdoor shed.
Rent: £692 per month
Bills: Approx. £75 per month
