Looking for a someone to sublet my room whilst I'm away for work performing in Germany ( 9th Feb 2026 - 30th may 2027). Dates can be fairly flexible. The rent price is £1300 with bills coming to around £100.
The house features 5 bedrooms (Your new lovely house mates would be 4 mid-20’s professionals, Imogen, Barry, Yasmin and Roisin). 2 of the bedrooms are en suites so have their own bathrooms, and there's a separate bathroom for the other 3 housemates. There's also a separate toilet on the ground floor too. We have a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room and a cute but fairly spacious garden. Our home is a 5min walk from Wandsworth town station (amazing location) and about 7 min bus to Clapham junction station.
The house is kept tidy and organised, so we are looking for someone of the same nature and also friendly, easygoing and someone who enjoys a sociable home environment and doing things together sometimes.
