Brilliant location being a two minute walk from Wandsworth Town station with trains to Vauxhall and Waterloo every 10 minutes.

Lively local area with many pubs and situated close to Old York Road which is pedestrianised and has lots of restaurants and cafe’s as well as a Sainsbury’s local.

All housemates have their own bathrooms with shower and toilet, there is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. House also includes dishwasher and washer/dryer.

We currently pay energy and internet bills on a monthly basis, which roughly total to £90 per person. This includes fibre broadband. Council tax and Thames Water bill are separate to this which we have been paying on a yearly basis.

Current long term tenant, Milo in his 30's working in the creative industries and Nicco in late 20s working in Engineering. Both super friendly, relaxed environment where everyone gets along.
