Two rooms available in a lovely 3-bed house in Wandsworth 💛☀️ (St John’s Hill, 10 minute walk from Clapham Junction)

My current two housemates are moving out so I’m looking for someone to fill their rooms. We’ve lived in this house for two years and I’m looking to sign on again in February.

LOCATION: 10 minute walk from Clapham Junction station and 7 minute walk from Wandsworth Town Station. Just across from Wandsworth common.

RENT:
Room 1: £960/month
Room 2: £925/month

BILLS: £125 a month but this recently went up and we’re expecting this to go back down in spring/summer

DEPOSIT: £1152 (the same for both rooms, note this is slightly more than in the room descriptions)

AVAILABLE: 1st February but can be flexible for an earlier move

I’ve lived around the area for five years now and work from home as a statistician for a pharma company. Outside of work I love playing and watching sport, with playing rugby taking up a lot of my evenings!! I’d love some new housemates who want to keep the house homely and chill, enjoy some horrible reality tv and the odd takeaway or pub trip, but also have our own social lives outside.
