I’m ideally looking for a female professional or student in their early/mid 20s who:
- Is clean, tidy, and takes pride in keeping a nice home.
- Is sociable and down to chat over dinner and binge something like The Traitors together, but also respects personal space.
- Wants a place that feels like a home, not just a room.

The Details
Rent: £1,300 per month
Bills: Approx £120–£150 pcm (Note: Wandsworth council tax!)
Availability: 1st February until end of July with opportunity to extend lease
Location: Right next to Wandsworth Town station and just a 10 minute walk from Southside shopping centre with large Sainsbury's nearby
