Sadly, I’m moving out of my lovely flat due to work, so I’m looking for a great gal to take over my room in a warm and friendly flat share in Wandsworth.

You’ll be living with three wonderful housemates, Grace, Hannah and Eleanor, who are keen to keep the house feeling happy, relaxed and social.

Location highlights:

5-minute walk to Wandsworth Common
Walking distance to Earlsfield, Clapham Junction and Wandsworth Common stations
Excellent links into central London
20-minute cycle to Richmond Park 🦌
Close to shops, supermarkets and great cafés/restaurants on Bellevue Road, in Earlsfield and Wandsworth Town.

We’re looking for someone who is:
🌺 Female, aged 25–30
🚭 Non-smoker
😊 Social and friendly
💼 Mainly office-based (room isn’t suitable for full-time WFH)
Must have a full-time job (landlord Required this)
🧹 Tidy and respectful
🌏 Environmentally conscious with good vibes

Unfortunately, we can’t accept students and it’s a minimum tenancy of 6 months

Storage:
Loads of space! There’s under-bed storage, a wardrobe, an additional wardrobe in the corridor (see video), plus a secure, locked outdoor shed.

Rent: £692 per month
Bills: Approx. £75 per month
Move in date: ASAP or before 05th Feb (can be a little flexible)
