Our current flatmate is moving out with her boyfriend therefore we are looking to fill her room.

It’s a 3 bed flat across two floors in a secure building. The available bedroom is on the first floor and is the largest (floor plan available upon request) and is unfurnished.
Bathroom is shared with one other and we have 2 balcony areas, where we end up spending majority of our Summers!
💰 Rent: £1,350 per month - bills not included & roughly £100-£120. Council Tax band F for Wandsworth.
You’d be living with Billie (30) and Olivia (34), we’ve lived in the flat together for almost 3 years. We both work a mix of in the office & a day or two at home so we would be looking for someone with similar working patterns.
*No full time remote working*
We enjoy the gym, long walks, reading, watching films together but also always keen for a wine/pub night! Also looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of people’s privacy and space. We’re hoping you can become our friend rather than just a flatmate, and want someone to enjoy living here as much as we do!
