Our current flatmate is moving out with her boyfriend therefore we are looking to fill her room.

🗓️ Move-in beginning of March and would be doing a changeover with our friend. Our tenancy is until September 2026.

📍Right in the centre of Wandsworth with lots of shops, gyms and pubs just minutes away from our front door.

🏠 About the flat:
It’s a 3 bed flat across two floors in a secure building. The available bedroom is on the first floor and is the largest (floor plan available upon request) and the bedroom is unfurnished.
Bathroom is shared with one other and we have a big open kitchen/living room/dining area and 2 balconies, where we end up spending majority of the Summers!

💰 Rent: £1,300 per month - bills not included & roughly £100-£120. Council Tax band F for Wandsworth. Deposit is £958 with a £50 fee for the changeover process.

You’d be living with Billie (30) and Olivia (34), we’ve lived in the flat together for almost 3 years. We both work a mix of in the office & a day or two at home so we would be looking for someone with similar working patterns.

We enjoy the gym, long walks, reading, watching films but also always keen for a wine/pub night. Also looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of people’s privacy and space. We’re hoping you can become our friend rather than just a flatmate, and want someone to enjoy living here as much as we do.
