Rent is £1500 + around £80-100 per month for bills. (Wandsworth council tax band).
The flat is in a really lovely area with Wandsworth Common close by. 15 min walk to Wandsworth Town overground station, 20 min walk to Clapham Junction, 5-10 min walk to bus links. There is a big Sainsburys supermarket a 10 min walk away.
Our favourite cafe Farine is on the corner of the street which we have loved.
Myself and my partner who are moving out are members of the LGBT community, so other members are also welcome!
