Hey everyone! We’re looking for a new housemate (guy or girl!) to join our home right next to Wandsworth Common 🏡
It's a really neat, clean modern space as you can see from the photos. Lovely kitchen and living space, and a little garden too.
You'd be joining the two of us who are currently in the flat. My name is Henry, I work as a Learning Support Assistant at a primary school. Cara is an OT, we're both social but also do enjoy winding down at home. We like to keep things pretty calm and easygoing, and neat and tidy too.
We're definitely looking for someone to keep up the lovely social atmosphere in the house but we do also have our own lives and respect each other's space.
Interests wise, I'm a musician so I love music and the arts. Cara likes gym and hanging with friends! It's a good vibe.
The Room:
• £1000/month + bills
• Comes with 1 wardrobe and bed
• Space for a desk to WFH if needed
• Available mid-March (from the 19th- latest 28th)
The House:
• Bath & shower + separate guest toilet 🚿
• Garden & BBQ area (perfect for summer!) 🌿🔥
• Super close to Wandsworth Common – great for running routes
• Nearby stations: Wandsworth Common, Clapham Junction, and Earlsfield
• Pet friendly
Just looking for someone who is tidy and easygoing! We like a night out every so often but not so much a party house if that's what you're looking for- home is kind of our chill zone outside of busy work/social life.
