Two Spacious Rooms in Luxury Penthouse Apartment

We’re looking for two friendly, tidy girls to join us in our bright, modern penthouse apartment. The flat gets loads of natural light and is a genuinely lovely place to live. We absolutely love it here!

You’d be living with me, Coco, and my boyfriend Andrew. We’re sociable, respectful and easy-going, enjoy going out and exploring the area, but also love chilled evenings in with movie nights.

We’re tidy and considerate of shared spaces and would love to live with people who are similar.

We have our own en-suite, which we mainly use, while there is a shared bathroom downstairs and an additional bathroom upstairs that we don’t use, so there’s plenty of space and no bathroom queues.

The apartment also has air conditioning and heating, making it comfortable all year round.

The location is fantastic - there’s a shopping mall just a two-minute walk away with Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Tesco and Lidl, as well as great shops, gyms, pubs and cafés nearby.

Wandsworth Town is a 10-minute walk, Clapham is around 15 minutes by bus, and there’s a bus stop right outside the building.

One of the highlights is the large balcony, which gets plenty of sun and already has outdoor furniture - perfect for relaxing and socialising when the weather gets warmer.

Bills are roughly £100 per person per month and cover water, broadband, heating, hot water, electricity, and council tax.
