Flexible 3 month let on lovely Wandsworth flat!!

I’m heading off travelling from 26th February until late April / end of May, so I’m looking for someone to take my room short-term while I’m away.

The flat is a 2-bedroom apartment in Wandsworth, perfectly located:
• 🚆 6 minutes walk to Wandsworth Town station
• 🌊 1 minute walk to the river
• 🌞 Balcony
• 🛁 Shared bathroom

You’d be living with my flatmate Elsa (25), who’s been in London for 7 years. She’s clean, tidy, friendly, loves cooking and going to gigs, and is very easy to live with. She works from home around 2 days a week. I’ll add photos so you can put a face to the name 😊

Rent: £1,130 per month (excluding bills)
Dates: From 26th February until end of April / end of May (flexible on the end date)
Setup: Short-term let
