Two Rooms in Wandsworth to rent

Two rooms (one single and furnished, one double and unfurnished) are available to rent from 14th April 2026 in Wandsworth.

The flat has three bedrooms, a balcony area, one bathroom, and a shared kitchen/living room with all the ammenities.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from the Wandsworth Town Station, and a 20 minute walk from Clapham Junction (there is also a bus every 15 minutes to the latter which takes 5-10 minutes).

My current flatmates are moving out so I am looking for two people to replace them. The shared rooms are all furnished as well as the single bedroom which has a bed, a wardrobe and some drawers. The double bedroom will be unfurnished.

I am 28 years old and work in a laboratory during the week. I am tidy, easy-going to live with and am looking for similar people. The area is quiet but well-connected for transport so would suit anyone working from home or commuting.
