We are two mates looking for a third flat mate to join on the 1st of April.

The room available is a modern double with built in wardrobes, a Juliet balcony and it's own thermostat for heating and aircon. It's unfurnished but there is the option to purchase the existing double bed if desired.

The rest of the flat is furnished, modern and spacious with an open plan living / kitchen area with a balconies and plenty of natural light. We're high up in the apartment block which provides beautiful views of the surrounding area.

The bathroom available is shared with only 1 other flat mate and again is very spacious and modern with a walk in shower and separate bath tub.

The apartment is a 5-10 minute walk to Wandsworth Town station and has great bus connections. It's also a short cycle to Clapham junction for additional connections. There's private cycle storage and a 7 days a week concierge. We're across the road from a large Sainsburys, Southside shopping centre, plenty of pubs and restaurants and King Georges Park.

We're looking for a sociable, easy going working professional who's respectful, tidy and clean but would also be keen integrate within the household. We're into sports in particular tennis, football and gym and enjoy trips down the pub and activities.
