Housemate wanted for double room in Wandsworth

We’re looking for a friendly, tidy housemate (preferably female) to join our lovely shared home in Wandsworth.

The room is a furnished double, with a bed, bedside cabinet and built‑in wardrobe. The house itself is modern throughout, with new appliances and a contemporary bathroom. There’s a comfortable shared living area and a well equipped
kitchen that we actually use!

You’d be living with a mixed-gender household in our 30s. We all work hybrid, so this is a respectful, relaxed environment during the day. We’re also very sociable and close as a house: we enjoy cooking together, going to the pub, and the occasional day
out, while still respecting each other’s space and downtime.
