Cosy Double Bedroom in Terraced Wandsworth House

I am sadly leaving my house share after almost 8 years so we have a double bedroom available - on the first floor, sharing a bathroom with two other rooms. The room is in a female only house with 3 other lovely ladies. The house is split over 3 floors, with a kitchen and separate very large lounge. We have a front garden and sunny back garden. We are a tightknit house who enjoy evenings in together as well as the occasional night out, but also respect each other's personal space. We are looking for a clean, friendly and sociable person to join our home.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table/ chest of drawers, desk, chair and in-built closet. It is available from the second weekend of April but can be flexible on dates. The contract runs until early September, so only looking for people who are going to stay until then. Our extended group have been in the house since 2018 and expect to renew come September if you wanted to stay for longer.

You will need to do referencing with the agents and we will take a £100 holding deposit to reserve the room. The security deposit is £865 and held in a secure deposit scheme. Bills are on top of rent, usually around £100 a month. We are in Council Tax Band F.

We are doing viewings on weekday evenings after 6:30pm and Sunday evenings (ideally) so you can meet the housemates. Please get in touch with some suggested dates to arrange a viewing!
