About the Room:
The room comes fully furnished with a double bed & mattress (that’s less than a year old), shelving unit, small hanging wardrobe, 2 chest of drawers, plus an extra storage cupboard. 🙌🏻 You’ll have your own private balcony and you’ll have access to your own WC and two shared showers 🚿

The Property:

Each tenant has their own WC, the two upstairs rooms are en-suite and there is a shared kitchen/living room.

The Girls (aka your future flatmates 😉):
You'll be living with Amy, who's Irish and works for OpenReach 🍀 and Freya who's from Nottinghamshire and works in Theatre 🌸 both girls are lovely, friendly, and respectful.

As a flat we are social but equally like to do our own thing. You’ll either find us grabbing a drink at one of our locals (mainly the Cats Back as it’s so close) or hanging out at home watching movies/series.

Our landlord, Graham, is wonderful and approachable.

Location:
The flat is a modern duplex on Osiers Road, a stones throw from Wandsworth Park and riverside 🌳
Wandsworth Town and East Putney stations are both within a 10-15 minute walk. There’s a Sainsbury’s local, Kat coffee cafe ☕️ , The Cats Back & Queen Adelaide pubs 🍷 and an Anytime Fitness all within a 5 minute walk from our front door! Plus Wandsworth park is practically on our doorstep ✨

Southside shopping centre is also a 10 minute walk from the flat.

Underground parking is available near the flat for £250 pm (or £8.33 per day). Off street parking can be arranged with the council.

Rent and Deposit:
£1000 per month (bills not included).
5 weeks deposit £1153.84.
