Double Room in East Putney/Wandsworth

One of the rooms in our flat is becoming available on the 26th of April!
The room comes furnished with the basics, such the bed, wardrobe, bookcase, chest of drawers and a bed side table. You will share the bathroom with one of the flatmates only.

The apartment has a large lounge with corner couch, perfect for Netflix evenings! We have a good sized kitchen, with a seperate washing machine and dryer,
The flat comes with a car park, and a bikes park, for the adventurose ones!

Bills are not included but are roughly around £130 per month, which we pay to the designated tenant.

We are walking distance 7-15 min from East Putney or Wandsowrth Town stations.
100m from Wandsworth park and the river, Wandsworth Riverside Pier with boat service to central is also on our doorstep.
A local Sainsbury's is just around the corner, but a larger shopping centre is just down the road (Wandsworth Southside Shopping Centre).

You will be sharing the flat with two young professionals on their early 30.
If you are someone looking for a place to call home and you are clean, tidy and easy going, then we would love to hear from you. Our preference would be someone who works from the office full-time or most of the time. We both lead fairly busy London lives though we do hang out when we can to enjoy a laugh with some food, beers, etc.

We will be planning viewings weekdays after work, and most luckily during the weekends, starting from the 16th March onwards.
